Fun at the Beach!

We had a wonderful time at the beach over the Fourth of July week with the Pearsons. Grandma and Grandpa Mrs. Niedert (As Charlotte calls them) joined us in their motor home (also known as the "Sweet Shop" by the kids). We had gorgeous weather and took some time to explore the peninsula. We spent one morning up in Oysterville. Debbie got a great picture of us in the church there. She also tried her hand at preaching, but we decided she'd better stick to her "day job!" The night of the fourth, we experienced quite a show! I think Ron said "Wow!" more times that night than any other in his life. It was quite impressive! The kids had a great time shooting off their own fireworks in the street and the dogs hated every minute of the whole shindig. We had lots of fun playing down at the beach, shopping, riding the go carts and playing with the dogs. The kids all had their bikes so they got lots of excercise each day. Roxi made us all explore our creative sides with painting each day. We painted a number of pictures for the baby's playroom, which I'm sure will be displayed proudly...right Rox????
